The Training Duo brings together protection before movement and restoration after it. A simple two-step system for long rides, long runs and long days.
Pine Performance Balm creates a durable, breathable barrier that helps reduce friction and protects the skin where it meets fabric. Pine Body Oil restores moisture and comfort, helping the skin recover after training, sweat and time outdoors.
Apply Performance Balm before training to the areas that take the load: inside your chamois or at the saddle contact points, the inner thighs, under the arms. After training or showering, apply Body Oil while the skin is still warm to support recovery.
