Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the EU.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer standard delivery with tracking on all orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, but typically take:

• Denmark: 1–3 business days

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, or delays outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we will refund the cost of the product but not the shipping fees.
