Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. If the product has been used in a way that clearly reduces its resale value, the right to return no longer applies.

To complete your return, please email us at hello@pineskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the return package.

Please note:

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• You are responsible for the package until we receive it.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, you may refuse to accept the package upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Warranty
All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us at hello@pineskincare.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
